CDK Stone is proud to support the award-winning Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS) Accreditation Programme which was created to educate workers and employers on how to safely manage the potentially serious health risks of working with Engineered Stone. RCS inhalation causes scarring of the lung tissue leading to a serious health condition called silicosis.
The RCS Accreditation Programme proactively sets best practice guidelines and audit measures - demonstrating the Engineered Stone industry’s commitment to workers’ safety - and has already been taken up by a number of fabricators. Please see video below:
